At Guadalupe Gifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion item doesn't meet your expectations, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
